A (NSFW) performance piece / installation by Madelena Magpie shown at last nights fantastic BONZAI party.

Two ominous coffins with square shaped holes cut out sat in the corner of the space for most of the night. At some point, 2 (naked) people got in, one with fake breasts and the other with a strap on. One sign says: Either one is Real. The other signs says: Either one is Fake.

The holes were strategically placed over the fake/real body parts and invited the audience to examine, test, and play.

Gender? Who needs it.

DMG → MP is the bridge between pulp and avant-garde.

DMG → MP is the sound pop culture makes when it pops.

DMG → MP is a special technique in Final Fantasy learned by a gadgeteer or ninja that converts attack damage into magic points.

DMG → MP is an awkward collection of writings and art with special attention paid to comic books, surrealism, manga, psychoanalysis, horror, fashion, video games, post-modernism, science fiction, pessimism, anime, electro, and deconstruction.

DMG → MP refers to blogs as blorgs and will never turn down a good bowl of chili.

DMG → MP is run by the unapologetically nerdy Sam Kusek and the deplorably fame-seeking Eric Shorey.
